PARKING PERMITS
If you do not have a driveway or there are resident only bays outside your property or if you think parking will be a problem on the day of your move it is advisable to apply for a parking or yellow line suspension. You can reserve up to 5 bays outside your property on any selected day including weekends. See the local Council Services for Parking. Once you have booked your removal with Central Moves they will be able to give you the vehicle size and registration number in order to call your local authority and book your parking bays on the day of your removal, there is normally a small charge from your local council for this service.

Guildford is the county town of Surrey, England and the seat of the borough of Guildford. The town is 27 miles (43 km) southwest of London on the A3 trunk road mid-way between the capital and Portsmouth.
The River Wey Navigation is a 20-mile stretch of waterway that meanders through some unspoilt scenery in a gorgeous green corridor of a very built-up part of Surrey.
In the 21st century Guildford is a bustling English town, with a High Street paved with granite setts often referred to as cobbles, and is one of the most expensive places to buy property in the UK outside of London. Top end shops such as Hugo Boss, Gant, Armani Exchange, Ann Summers and Mappin & Webb can be found along the historic high street as well as department stores including House of Fraser .

Guildford’s Spectrum Leisure Centre is a national prizewinning sports centre that includes a variety of pools (for leisure and for serious swimming), Ten-pin bowling, a Laser tag area (with a similar facility in the town centre), an ice rink and an athletics track, as well as general halls used for indoor sports including gymnastics and trampolining.
